The T&E Division is dedicated to the structured testing and evaluation (T&E) of candidate public safety technologies. It also works with the Technology Assistance Division in providing TA support to the public safety community.
The Houston Test Bed currently focuses on long term T&E efforts in collaboration with Houston TranStar (a consortium of the Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County, Houston Metro, and City of Houston), Port of Houston Authority, Houston Airport System, NASA JSC, and Texas Medical Center.
